LC Connector

 A joint reliance TOZEN

    Flange Type for Resin Pipe

  LC-Connector

Soft connector for resin pipe of PVC (VP, VU).

• Soft

Application

• Displacement sorption for pipeline in soft ground

• Edge cutting for structure and piping

• Transverse pipelines over rivers, roads, and rail tracks

• For both ends of a water tube bridge

• Manhole removal

• Piping thermal expansion absorption

• Vibration absorption for pumps, etc.

   Feature
Soft
As LC connector is more flexible than PVC pipes, it can absorb stress caused by uneven ground subsidence, etc. and can protect the pipes.

・Mass indicates the weight for underground type.
・Please use each movement within allowable movements.
・Please note that the information in the above table is for single movement only. In case of complex movements, please do adjustment by using the following formula.
 C.A.E. (C.A.C.) = A.A.E.(A.A.C.) × {1-( T.M./A.T.M + A.M./A.A.M )}
C.A.E. (C.A.C.): Correct Elongation Movement  (Correct Compression Movement)
A.A.E. (A.A.C.): Allowable Elongation Movement  (Allowable Compression Movement)
 A.T.M.: Allowable Transverse Movement
 A.A.M.: Allowable Angular Movement
