(2)TOZEN Corporation will not only comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws but also strive to protect personal information based on the spirit of the law.
(3)TOZEN Corporation will maintain internal rules relating to the management of personal information, and make such internal rules together with applicable laws and regulations thoroughly known to our employees, and conduct educational and enlightening activities for our employees in order to strive for the appropriate protection of personal information. TOZEN Corporation will also conduct continued review and improvement of this Privacy Policy and internal rules.

The Company will use personal information provided, within the scope of any of the following purposes:

(1)Guidance and marketing of various couplings, antiseismic systems and other products manufactured and sold by the Company, and execution and management of agreements and contracts;

2.Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not disclose personal information to any third party, except for the following cases:
・When consent of the disclosing person is obtained;
・When, in view of the content of an enquiry, etc. made by the disclosing person, the Company considered it to be appropriate for an affiliated company, etc. of the Company to give a reply to or take care of such inquiry from the person;
・When, for the performance of the purpose of collecting information specified to the person, it is necessary to disclose personal information to business contractors or business partners of the Company with whom confidentiality agreements are concluded;
・ When it is necessary to disclose personal information to the bank and other financial institutions with regard to the sales of products, etc.;
・When personal information related to the person is disclosed in a condition that the identity of such person cannot be revealed (statistical data, etc.); and
・When disclosure of personal information to a third party is permitted by laws, regulations, guidance and/or guidelines.
When the Company provides personal information owned by the Company to a third party or entrusts handling, etc. of such personal information to a third party, the Company will pay sufficient care and attention to the selection of the parties to whom personal information is provided or entrusted, and will conduct supervision of such parties to ensure that personal information is protected appropriately and securely by such parties in the same manner that the Company deals with such personal information.

The Company will appropriately manage personal information of the person, and take preventive and safety measures for loss, destruction, alteration, leakage of such personal information.
Furthermore, the Company will continuously implement in-house education for the protection and appropriate handling of personal information.
4.Inquiries about Personal Information
If the Company receives from the person a request for an inquiry, modification, deletion, etc. of his/her personal information, the Company will promptly comply with such request in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Company.
5.Compliance with Laws and Regulations, and Review of Measures
The Company will comply with applicable laws and regulations related to personal information and strive for continued review and improvement of measures for the protection of personal information.
